You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service and accurate revenue forecasting. The position plays a pivotal part in scaling Factorial's HR solutions, influencing strategic decisions and client outcomes. You'll engage with executives to negotiate value and align solutions with customer goals.

Identify and guide prospects through decision processes to close

2+ years in full-cycle B2B sales
Experience in SMB market
Proficient in Portuguese & Spanish; professional English
Good communication and quick empathy
