This role offers the opportunity to build an enterprise-grade AI platform at an early-stage, highly AI-native company. You’ll take meaningful ownership of architecture, implementation, integrations, and production delivery across a modern TypeScript stack. The position is strongly backend-focused while offering opportunities to contribute across the full stack. You’ll work directly with enterprise customers, translating complex workflows and requirements into practical, scalable product capabilities. The environment combines serverless AWS architecture, event-driven systems, infrastructure as code, and AI-assisted development. You’ll have significant influence over engineering practices, technical direction, and the evolution of the product as the team grows. n Accountabilities: - Design, build, test, and ship production features across a modern TypeScript-based technology stack. - Own backend services, APIs, integrations, data flows, and serverless infrastructure, with a strong focus on reliability and maintainability. - Contribute to frontend development when required, using React, Next. js, TypeScript, and related modern web technologies. - Design and operate scalable, serverless, event-driven systems on AWS. - Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems, contract platforms, communication tools, and third-party APIs. - Develop infrastructure-as-code workflows and contribute to the ongoing evolution of cloud architecture. - Work directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders to understand workflows, technical requirements, and business needs. - Translate ambiguous customer requirements into well-scoped, maintainable, and valuable produ
