What You Will Be Responsible For

Create Perfect Patterns: You develop and refine patterns for different garments, translating design sketches, market trends, and consumer profiles into flawless fits.

Ensure Fit & Silhouette: You adjust patterns during development and perform size grading to achieve consistent, perfect fit across all sizes and body types.

Collaborate Across Teams: You work closely with Designers, Buyers, Product Developers and Suppliers to ensure each style is feasible, consistent, and production-ready.

Lead Fittings: You conduct and lead fitting sessions, identify necessary adjustments, and implement technical solutions to optimize patterns for industrial production.
