Role Mission

Reporting directly to Pola Gil, as Project Manager in Influencer Marketing you will take end-to-end ownership of complex digital and influencer campaigns from concept to execution. You will drive operational excellence, deliverables, and profit margins with total autonomy, acting as a highly reliable anchor who independently resolves short-notice issues in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities





• Develop and execute detailed project plans aligned with client objectives, taking full internal accountability for scope, timelines, deliverables, and profit margins.
• Lead and orchestrate multiple integrated influencer marketing campaigns and digital projects simultaneously from kickoff through final delivery.
• Work with high autonomy in your daily operations, proactively identifying risks and independently solving short-notice problems or unexpected campaign shifts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams—including creative, growth, and research—ensuring seamless collaboration, high-quality output, and team alignment.
• Maintain clear, structured, and proactive communication across internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.
• Monitor project health, timelines, and budgets continuously to ensure on-time, high-margin project delivery.
