You will become a specialist advisor for companies in relation to their online advertising campaigns in the DACH region with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business, working alongside companies with high potential, possible future unicorns, in a tech-focused environment.
Responsibilities
• Drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into customers within agreed budget parameters, and strategically expanding those relationships through upselling where feasible
• Work with outbound as well as inbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Google Ads products.
• Be responsible for your own client portfolio, optimizing your clients' campaigns, and ensuring that customer expectations are met
• Target driven environment,
where you will work towards individual sales targets
• Understand the customer's requirements and objectives, and match Product solutions and marketing strategies
• Develop sales strategies aimed at optimizing the market potential and improving customer sales and profit margins
• Drive revenue growth by converting leads from SMB companies into loyal customers
• Convert SMB leads into strategic deals by guiding clients through the sales process and setting them up for successful launch of their first Google Ads campaigns
Requirements
Requirements
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Language Skills: C2 level of German and English
• 2 Years Sales Experience: previous sales experience, particularly in high-stakes environments
• Strong ability to close deals with warm SMB leads by aligning solutions with marketing and business goals
• Demonstrated capacity to work independently and consistently deliver results
