At Sandvik Mining, we're looking for an experienced commercial leader to take ownership of our Ground Support business across Northern Europe.

This is a high-impact leadership role with full accountability for business growth, profitability, market expansion and customer success. You'll combine strategic thinking, technical expertise and commercial acumen to strengthen Sandvik's market position and deliver sustainable growth across the region.

Working closely with customers, sales teams and global stakeholders, you'll drive business performance, introduce innovative solutions and help shape the future of Ground Support Division in one of the world's leading mining technology companies.

What You'll Do

Drive Growth & Business Performance

• Own the Ground Support business across Sales Area Northern Europe, including revenue, profitability, forecasting and market share growth.
• Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with regional and general priorities.




• Identify new opportunities, expand customer penetration and accelerate business performance.
• Lead the successful introduction of new products and technologies.

Build Strategic Partnerships

• Drive business development and growth initiatives across Northern Europe.
• Support Sales Managers and Key Account Managers in identifying and winning new business opportunities.
• Provide market, industry and application expertise to the commercial organization.
• Participate in strategic customer meetings together with Sales Managers and KAMs.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Develop and deliver sales enablement, training and best-practice sharing across the region.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing and Operations to execute regional growth plans.
• Represent the business in relevant industry forums and networks.
