? About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience to join our growing team in Valencia.
The adecuado candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, sourcing top talent for a variety of roles, and delivering excellent candidate experience.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential, as you will support an international and multicultural environment.

? Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Draft and publish job postings across relevant platforms and manage candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess skills, experience, motivation, and cultural fit.




• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate attraction strategies.
• Stay informed about market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.

✅ Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of professional recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes independently.
• Strong sourcing and talent attraction skills, including proactive search techniques.
• Excellent interview and candidate assessment capabilities.
