Introduction

As Senior SAP Security & Authorizations Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of SAP security across Straumann Group's global technology landscape. Working within our Integral Identity & Access Services team, you'll contribute to our S/4HANA transformation by designing and evolving secure, scalable authorization concepts that support business growth while meeting security and compliance requirements.

This is a highly collaborative role where you'll partner with business stakeholders, SAP specialists, audit and compliance teams, external service providers, and IAM experts around the world. Beyond maintaining a secure SAP environment, you'll help modernize and automate identity and access management processes, improving efficiency, transparency, and governance across our global SAP ecosystem.

Your Role

In this position, you will:

• Help design and implement the SAP authorization concept for the S/4HANA transformation.
• Develop and maintain SAP security, authorization, and governance standards.
• Design and manage Segregation of Duties (SoD)



controls and support ongoing risk management.
• Collaborate with audit, risk, compliance, and business teams to ensure regulatory and governance requirements are met.
• Lead SAP user access management, role provisioning, access reviews, and authorization support.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate SAP access management processes.
• Drive integrations between SAP platforms, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), and IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions.
• Lead end-to-end service delivery, working closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure high-quality support.
• Coordinate SAP security activities for projects, including S/4HANA initiatives and M&A; integrations.
• Share expertise through stakeholder guidance, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Stay current with SAP security trends, governance practices, and regulatory development
