Your role

• Lead Ivoclar’s global paid performance strategy in line with marketing, demand-generation and commercial objectives.
• Plan, manage and optimise paid media across search, social, programmatic, display, video and other relevant channels.
• Identify conversion opportunities across campaigns, landing pages and customer journeys, working with internal teams and agencies to improve performance.
• Drive qualified traffic,



lead generation and customer acquisition through effective audience, channel and campaign strategies.
• Lead Ivoclar’s global SEO strategy to support organic growth, demand generation and customer acquisition.
• Identify and prioritise SEO opportunities using keyword research, search intent, competitor activity, customer behaviour and performance data.
• Partner with global and local marketing teams to translate business objectives into effective digital performance strategies.
• Provide specialist guidance on media, search, targeting, acquisition and performance optimisation.
• Test new channels, formats, targeting approaches and technologies to identify opportunities for incremental growth.
• Ensure campaign activity follows agreed UTM and tracking standards to support consistent measurement.
• Establish and promote global digital performance standards and best practices.
