The Profile We Are Looking For
We're looking for a Procurement & Demand Senior Specialist to join our Procurement & Demand team, reporting directly to our Procurement Manager.
You'll be the key operational and strategic link between internal stakeholders and our external manufacturing and service partners — owning supplier relationships and sourcing decisions end-to-end,



from the demand signal through purchase order execution.
This is not a purely transactional role. Beyond the day-to-day (RFQs, POs, SKU setup, QC coordination), you'll own the demand forecast that feeds Supply Chain execution, negotiate supplier terms and payment conditions in support of working capital goals, contribute to sourcing strategy, and independently own decisions and stakeholder relationships when called upon — including representing Procurement in the Manager's absence.
You're the kind of person who takes ownership end-to-end, brings structure and precision to SKU and master-data work, is comfortable negotiating and making calls independently, and knows how to keep suppliers, Account Managers, and internal teams aligned with limited supervision.
