About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious, German-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us accelerate our growth across the DACH market.
Reporting to the SDR Team Lead, you will play a critical role in generating a qualified sales pipeline by engaging with prospective clients. Joining a high-performing sales team, you’ll sell a disruptive corporate travel and spend platform, learn from experienced industry leaders, and build a foundation for rapid career progression within Perk.

What You'll Do
• Multichannel Outreach: Execute targeted outreach campaigns using phone, email, and LinkedIn/social touches to engage target prospects.
• Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls with key decision-makers—such as CFOs, Travel Managers, and Office Managers—to assess fit and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Value Articulation: Clearly communicate Perk’s value proposition and build immediate credibility with prospective clients.
• CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate prospect data and activity tracking within Salesforce.




• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing to refine target accounts, test new messaging, and optimize the lead-qualification process.
• Product Mastery: Stay expert-level on Perk’s product offerings and industry trends.

What We're Looking For
• Languages: Native or near-native fluency in German with professional fluency in English.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong phone-based rapport-building skills.
• Sales Acumen: Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales processes or outbound prospect outreach.
• Process & Execution: High organizational skills, comfort working with CRMs (Salesforce preferred), and a focus on hitting output metrics.
