Sanofi is seeking a Head of Project Management within SBO Medical to lead a general team of 60-70 project managers across multiple locations. You will establish a Center of Excellence and drive standardized PM practices across Medical Affairs and Market Access. Reporting to the Head of Stakeholder and Project Management, you will shape governance, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement to ensure high-quality delivery across geographies and therapeutic areas.
