The Technical Part:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health & Safety, or an associate degree plus the equivalent of six (6) years of experience in a regulated industry.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English).
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Shift: Administrative & according to business needs. • Note: Special support for 2nd and 3rd shift may be required during shutdowns.

• Experience in:• Process Safety Management (PSM)
• Pre-Start Up Safety Review (PSSR)
• Management of Change (MOC)
• Hazardous and Compressed Gases
• Pressure Safety, Construction Safety, Fire & Life Systems
• Machine Safeguarding

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Serve as the primary liaison between site EH&S; and capital project teams.
• Participate in project design reviews and planning meetings to ensure EH&S; requirements, regulatory compliance, and risk reduction measures are incorporated into project scope and execution.
• Review engineering designs, layouts, equipment specifications, and construction activities for compliance with applicable OSHA, EPA, NFPA, ASME, ANSI, and other local regulatory requirements, as applicable.
• Coordinate and support Pre-Start-Up Safety Reviews (PSSRs), Management of Change (MOC) activities, commissioning activities, and operational readiness assessments.
• Utilize clients' EH&S; systems and digital tools (e.g., Salesforce-based EH&S; platforms) to track project reviews, action items, change controls, and compliance documentation.
• Conduct field
