Accountabilities:

Identify, onboard, and manage gaming studios with diverse portfolios, with a particular focus on the Turkish mobile gaming market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and studio partners,



identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.

Source and evaluate promising mobile games and studios based on market potential, player behavior, competitive dynamics, and performance indicators.

Lead the full game development lifecycle, from initial concept and ideation through production, optimization, and launch.

•
Conduct competitive and market analysis to understand emerging trends, user behavior, key performance metrics, and opportunities within mobile gaming.

•
Translate market insights into actionable product strategies, roadmaps, and priorities.

Ensure game development aligns with the wider strategic and competitive positioning of the publishing organization.

Act as an end-to-end product owner, collaborating with engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to bring game concepts and features to market.
