About the Role:
Join the team as an Account Executive for a leading e-commerce search technology company, managing the full sales cycle for the Czech market — from initial contact through to closing subscriptions. This hybrid role calls for someone who's comfortable with cold-calling, thrives on outbound prospecting, and is ready to drive growth in a fast-paced, international environment. Candidates should be based in Madrid or willing to relocate at their own expense. The role will be fully onsite for the first 5 months. After this period, a hybrid setup will be available, with occasional office attendance depending on business needs.
What You'll Do:
Manage the complete sales cycle: initial contact, client meetings, free trial management,



and subscription closeHand over accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscriptionUtilize system-assigned leads effectivelyHandle a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per dayAchieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) generatedWhat You Bring: Native-level or bilingual proficiency in CzechNative or bilingual proficiency in EnglishMust already reside in Spain (no relocation support provided)1-6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR, SDR, call center, or outbound prospecting)Strong comfort with cold-calling and a KPI/metrics-driven mindsetAvailability aligned with US time zonesWork Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00-18:00; Friday, 9:00-15:00 - flexibility especially valued during onboarding, with US time zone alignment expected.
