What you will do:
Support the execution of the IT transformation journey to improve efficiency and agility across Group ITAssist with the setup, coordination, and reporting of high-priority initiatives as PMOCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvementsSupport the planning and delivery of Group IT events such as Quarterly Planning and PreparathonPrepare, coordinate, and facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder exchangesHelp introduce new tools and technologies to optimize processes and ways of workingDocument processes, procedures, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvementWhat you bring & who you are: Experience in business informatics, business administration,



or a similar field through studies or equivalent training3–5 years of experience supporting and coordinating large-scale projects or transformation initiativesStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyExcellent communication and collaboration skills in an international and evolving environmentInterest in agile delivery methodologies; ideally, you have worked with frameworks such as Scrum or SAFeIdeally, certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe, IPMA, PfMP, or PPMCAnalytical and solution-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for technology and innovationProfessional English skills, both written and spoken.
