What You Will Do
In this role, you will help run and improve Scopely's global compensation programs, with particular focus on HRIS data, compensation systems, process design, and scalable solutions. You will also conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis, administer annual and merit cycles, and translate complex data into insights for senior leadership.



You'll partner closely with People Business Partners (PBPs), talent acquisition and business leaders, ensuring our pay practices are competitive, compliant and aligned with Scopely's fast‐paced, innovative culture.
Design and administer compensation programs. Support the development and execution of base‐pay structures, annual/merit reviews, promotions, equity and incentive programs. Contribute to plan documents, policies and system enhancements to streamline processes
Own compensation systems and workflows. Configure, test, document, and improve compensation processes in Workday and related tools, partnering with HRIS teams on enhancements and issue resolution
Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys. Participate in survey submissions, perform market and cost analyses, and maintain salary ranges to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Identify compensation enhancements and recomm
