What You'll Do Every Day (Your Daily Vibe)

Handle incoming calls and emails from Danish-speaking customers to assist with everything from remote troubleshooting to setup questions (like how to connect a smart washing machine or program an advanced oven).
- Provide Premium Support: Help customers locate the right spare parts, find serial numbers, or coordinate service appointments with local technicians when needed.
- Level Up Your Skills: Master two dynamic lines of business—Customer Care and Technical Support—keeping your day-to-day work varied and exciting.
