What You'll DoWe are seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Vantage team within BCG's People & Organization (POP) Practice, with a strong focus on Organization Design & Operating Model. In this role, you’ll be a trusted sparring partner to case and proposal teams—delivering analyses, providing Org Design expertise, and supporting training across topics such as operating model design, functional org structures, benchmarking, and implementation. You’ll work closely with consulting teams and clients to tackle structural challenges and drive more effective, collaborative ways of working. You’ll actively shape the topic through development of new frameworks, tools, and knowledge assets, and contribute to commercialization via marketing, publications, and events. Over time, you’ll grow into a true expert in Org Design, supporting IP development and capability building across the team.
