This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to shape the marketing and communications strategy of a fast-growing dual-use technology business. You will own positioning, brand, content, PR, advertising, events, and partner campaigns, connecting strategy with measurable commercial outcomes. Working closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams, you will translate complex technical products into clear, compelling stories for customers and stakeholders. You will have substantial autonomy, managing specialist contractors and agencies while helping establish the foundations of a future in-house marketing function. The role combines strategic leadership with direct execution across multiple channels and international audiences. You will help build visibility, strengthen market positioning, and generate qualified inbound interest through creative, data-informed marketing initiatives.
