The Community Life Assistant plays a key role in supporting the execution of Livensa Living’s community engagement program across Spain and Portugal. Working closely with the Community Life Lead, this role ensures that all activities, events, campaigns and resident-experience initiatives are delivered consistently, efficiently and to Livensa’s brand standards.This position combines operational coordination, logistics, administration and vendor support, helping bring our resident experience strategy to life across all buildings.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent & Programme OperationsSupport the planning and execution of monthly activity calendars and community-building initiatives.Coordinate logistics, materials, suppliers, deliveries and on-site operational needs.Ensure the correct activation of events and campaigns across all residences.Travel to buildings when required to support key events or activations.Support to Local Site TeamsProvide teams with activity briefings, instructions,



materials and resources to guarantee smooth execution.Maintain regular communication with AMs and site teams to ensure consistency and alignment.Act as a point of contact for logistics, materials and day-to-day program operations.Administrative & Operational SupportManage documentation, calendars, databases, reports and internal tools.Handle orders, invoices, stock control, shipments and tracking of materials.Prepare presentations, internal communications and operational guides.Data & Survey SupportAssist with the operational management of Community Life Survey, and other customer experience surveys.Organise and clean data for reporting purposes.Prepare basic participation and engagement reports for internal use.Partnerships & External ProvidersSupport the coordination of workshops, samplings, discounts and partnerships.Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and activations.Maintain an updated record of partnerships and ongoing agreements.Branding, Materials & Resident E
