you’ll be appreciated and rewarded.What you will be doingDrive the execution of the general Talent & Development agenda across Talent Management, Performance Management, and related HR initiatives.Facilitate global talent, succession, and performance processes, ensuring alignment across countries and stakeholders.Develop templates, toolkits, playbooks, and governance standards to enable consistent execution worldwide.Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, briefing materials, and decision-ready recommendations for senior leadership.Manage governance forums, talent councils, and leadership review meetings, ensuring follow-up on actions and deliverables.Lead global performance management campaigns, including communications, tracking, reporting, and issue resolution.Act as the key support for Talent & Performance systems, partnering with HRIS and IT teams on enhancements and rollouts.Maintain portfolio dashboards, project trackers, and reporting tools to provide visibility on milestones, risks, and progress.What we’re loo
