In this role you will drive sales and opportunity development in Spain's Air u0026amp; Space market, bridging customer needs with Ru0026amp;S solutions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to address technical and business requirements and manage end-to-end deals, including tenders. You will work closely with distributors and system integrators to build a robust pipeline and align strategies with corporate objectives. This is a growth-focused position offering exposure to international projects and a chance to impact defense sector partnerships.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Maintain and create value-based relationships with Air u0026 Space customers to hit annual targets
• Develop new opportunities within the defense ecosystem and manage sales opportunities through internal and external resources
• Consult with customers to translate requirements into Ru0026S solutions and services




• Coordinate with HQ to prepare sales quotations and follow public/private tenders
• Establish agreements with distributors, partners, and system integrators
• Plan and execute account development initiatives to generate demand
• Align sales activities with corporate strategy and customer roadmaps
• Maintain and update opportunities in the CRM system

Responsabilidades
• Master or Bachelor Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, Aeronautical, Industrial Engineering or relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in the Spanish Aerospace u0026 Defense sector
• Proven experience in public xghoner tendering and bidding processes
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Entrepreneurial and business-oriented perspective
• Strong customer focus and ability to build durable relationships
• Target-driven and results-oriented
• Comfortable working in an international company environment
