Grifols Movaco S.A., a subsidiary of the Grifols Group in Spain specializing in the commercialization and distribution of medical devices and pharmaceutical products, is looking for a Sales Manager to lead our Diagnostics Division across Western Spain (Andalucía, Extremadura, Madrid, Castilla y León, Asturias and Galicia).What your responsibilities will beOrganize, coordinate,



supervise and coach the sales team within your assigned region, setting priorities in line with the Company's policies and Sales Plan objectives to maximize business performance, deliver excellent customer service, and strengthen customer loyalty.
Monitor and analyze market dynamics, including customers and competitors, ensuring accurate and up-to-date market intelligence is available and that the sales team consistently records this information in Salesforce CRM.Anticipate changes in sales performance and market conditions, redefining commercial strategies and policies when necessary, in alignment with the Commercial Management team.
Coordinate customer training activities and events, ensuring compliance with the applicable Compliance processes.
