The LIVE Operations team is looking for an an enthusiastic LIVE Agency Operations Manager to build strategic, successful, long-term relationships with local based agencies.
What you will be doing:
Identify and establish potential cooperations with agencies, MCNs and organisations who focus on live-streamingManage internal and cross-functional projects across the live-streaming agency ecosystemSupport the creation of LIVE operations policies, contracts, education tools and terms for agencies while working with cross-functional teams globallyGuide the existing agency portfolio across operational topics such as education,
training and shared operational servicesProvide strategic guidance to agencies with regards to variety and quality of content verticalsWho are you? A kind team player with strong communication skillsResults-driven with strong data analysis skills and comfortable in a high-growth environmentQualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or above4+ years experience related to, comparable to or relevant to the live-streaming or entertainment industryFluent in Spanish and English to manage Spanish speaking creatorsProfessional, patient and skillful communicatorResult-oriented, good data analysis skillsPreferred QualificationsExisting network with influencers, celebrities or live-streaming platforms or an affinity for itPassion for the creator economy and its enormous potentialAbout TikTokTikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video.
