We're launching a new team of Application Support Engineers to form a core part of our global support operation. You’ll work within a 3-person technical team in Barcelona, focusing on internal user support (90%) and occasionally interfacing with key external clients (10%).
Acting as a link between users and IT/development teams
Supporting system improvements, releases, and new features
Contributing to onboarding and training as the team grows




SQL (advanced queries & troubleshooting), Proprietary Logistics Platform, CargoWise, SAP, TMS, ERPs (finance), Collaboration Tools (Teams, etc.), Agile mindset.
1–3 years of hands-on experience in functional application support (L1/L2).
~ Practical SQL experience for incident investigation, including SELECT queries, JOINs, filters and data analysis.
~ Experience with functional testing, UAT, change validation and/or application deployments.
~ Fluent English (minimum B2–C1) and Spanish.
