As part of the Supply Growth team, you’ll implement and manage the acquisition strategies to bring qualified tutors onto the marketplace,



building scalable processes and driving company-wide growth alongside Marketing, Expansion, Product, Sales, Legal, and more.
We’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to lead the full tutor acquisition pillar, end-to-end.
You’ll join the Supply Growth team, which oversees tutor acquisition, tutor content, early success, and tutor growth. As the ultimate acquisition owner, you’ll report directly to the Supply Growth Lead, and work cross-functional with Expansion, Marketing, CRM, Data, Product, Sales, Legal, and more, to build acquisition engines that scale.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who wants to build channels from the ground up in a fast-moving, still-forming space, with a growth mindset of always testing, learning, and scaling.
