Job Title Renewal Manager
The Renewal Manager is responsible for securing Amadeus Hospitality revenue by ensuring contracts are generated, renewed and processed on schedule. Responsible for the centralization, registration and quality check of all contractual documents prior to implementation and billing.
Engage clients to request contract signature and respond to questions and resolve issues
Responsible for registering incoming documents and coordinating the legal validation and Amadeus signature.
Update and maintain the database of contracted and implemented products per customer.
Relationship Management
Partnership with Sales as part of account team to support customers on renewal activities.
Maintain Salesforce accuracy and tracking for all activities.
Ensure timely and accurate CRM accounts management, quality of content, report preparation by the team.
Monitor effectiveness of training / adoption activities carried out by team for commercial teams.
Oversee, monitor, report and follow up on interfacing to other systems and tools (PowerBI, Salesforce)

2-5 years sales/customer support, systems savvy, Microsoft office.
