Within the team, Product Led Growth and Pricing & Discounting are two strategic areas with the potential to unlock non‑linear growth, improve learner lifetime value and strengthen the economics of our marketplace.
Product Led Growth already has a dedicated cross‑functional product team, including Product, Design, Analytics and Engineering.



Pricing and Discounting is the next area of strategic development, with further product investment planned as part of Preply's growth agenda.
You will report to the Senior Director of Organic Growth and take responsibility for agreed commercial KPIs across both areas. In your first year, your priorities will be to accelerate the performance and strategic development of Product Led Growth, while defining Preply's Pricing and Discounting strategy, principles and investment priorities.
You will initially manage one analyst responsible for day‑to‑day Product Led Growth analytics, with the potential to grow the team as the scope develops. It is a full‑time role based in Barcelona, combining regular collaboration in our office with the flexibility to work remotely.
Own the business and product strategy for Product Led Growth and Pricing and Discounting, turning Preply's company priorities into clear choices, roadmaps and measurable commercial outcomes.
