' As a Talent Acquisition Partner you contribute to the growth of Protime. You’ll join our Talent Acquisition team, working in tandem with your fellow Talent Acquisition Partner, as part of our broader People & Culture department, which is primarily Belgium-based. You take care of the entire recruitment process from A to Z (intakes with team leaders, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, following up on feedback, salary proposals, creating contracts, etc.).

You will work closely with the other Talent Acquisition Partner and People Business Partners, who will guide you on your way. In addition, you’ll build a strong internal network and act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and other stakeholders, helping them attract and select the right talent.
You contribute to cross-functional HR projects, helping to enhance the candidate journey and strengthen our employer brand.
