JD Logistics is launching its small-goods fulfillment operations in Spain. You will lead the outbound shift on the warehouse floor, directing a large team, driving throughput, and maintaining safety and accuracy in a high-volume environment.
The role requires hands-on supervision, real-time problem solving, and strict adherence to local labor agreements. A 24/7 launch cycle calls for adaptable scheduling and strong leadership in a greenfield deployment.
