What You Will Do
- Answer customer inquiries via email and telephone in an efficient, professional and friendly manner.
- Make customers feel safe and welcome when they are in contact with us.
- Follow the guidelines and processes set up by the bank.

Qualifications
- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Danish and advanced level of English.




- Have an open and positive mindset that helps to provide the best customer service experience.
- Have previous experience in customers service.
- Have good communication, written and listening skills.

It Would Be a Plus If
- Have previous experience in invoicing, bank or collection industry is good to have, but not a must - as you will get relevant training in the field.

Benefits and Compensation
- Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 - 16:00, Friday from 09:00 - 16.00.
- Salary Range from 20k up to 23K euros gross/year.
