About the role
In the Insights Services area, our mission is to deliver standard analytical tools & insights of a loyalty program with more than 120M users to 25+ countries and international departments.
In this Role
- Identify opportunities to optimize our product portfolio .
- Define and monitor key usage metrics to understand product consumption patterns.
- Conduct user research and feedback sessions to uncover unaddressed analytical needs.
- Conduct hands‑on exploratory analysis on data assets to test business hypotheses and quantify potential product value.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories, technical specifications and clear acceptance criteria for analytical products.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and Squad Tech Lead to prioritize the product backlog based on business impact, effort and strategic alignment.

Required Skills
- SQL knowledge.
- Technical literacy.
- German (Nice to have).
- Communicative Analytic skills.
- Ownership and proactive mindset.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.




- Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with BI & Data visualization tools.
- Fluency in English to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- High level of organization and excellent management skills.
- Empathy/passion for dealing with internal and external customers.
- Fast adaptation to changing requirements and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in requirement Gathering (Functional Analyst Role) and skills for prioritization.
- Go beyond Consumer support: anticipate possible problems, understand how to manage the needs of a technical team in relation to the needs of our customers.
