What will your role be? Your core mission will be to own commercial transformation across training, tooling, conversion, and new product playbooks. Specifically, you will focus on: Sales Training & Enablement: Design and roll out an annual training plan (techniques, processes, best practices). Run continuous coaching loops (call listening, structured feedback) for both top and underperformers, lead a team of internal Sales Trainers, and enable commercial teams from newly acquired companies during M&A; integration.
Value Proposition & Commercial Pitch: Partner with Marketing to sharpen our sales narrative. Build and iterate commercial proposals for new product bets (e.g., cross-selling, CaixaBank opportunities, "acquire earlier" strategies).Productivity, CRM & AI: Work with Product and Tech to improve CRM workflows, agent tooling, and AI‐assisted selling levers to do more with less.
Conversion Improvement: Collaborate with Tech and GMs to design, test, and roll out improvements across the entire conversion funnel (from first contact to signed contract).Incentive Model:



Design the foundational incentive frameworks and rules of the game for General Managers to align commercial behaviors with strategy.
What are we looking for?8+ years of experience in sales transformation, sales leadership, or commercial excellence roles. Proven track record managing and developing B2C commercial teams, ideally in high‐velocity phone/telesales environments.
Experience selling services (not just products) is a strong plus.
High analytical and conceptual skills combined with strong commercial drive.

Fluency in Spanish (required) and based in/willing to relocate to Barcelona.
