Senior Observability Engineer (AI-Driven Monitoring & Automation)

The mission is to predict, prevent, and analyze complex disruptions across large-scale enterprise environments while delivering end-to-end visibility across applications, networks, and infrastructure.
Youll work closely with international teams across Europe, helping shape the future of observability through automation, advanced monitoring, and AI-driven operational insights.
What Youll Do
- Understand business and technical observability requirements from internal stakeholders.
- Manage and oversee external managed service providers and vendors.
- Take end-to-end ownership of the observability ecosystem, including:
- Tool development and automation
- Operational monitoring
- Work with technologies such as:
- Grafana
- Gigamon
- Traffic Broker
- Cisco




- ThousandEyes
- ELK Stack
- Identify new ways to generate business value from monitoring and operational data.
- Drive AI adoption and automation within observability processes.
- Collaborate with globally distributed teams to improve visibility, reliability, and performance across enterprise environments.

What Were Looking For
Required
Strong understanding of enterprise IT architectures
Solid networking and infrastructure background
Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as:
APM
- Dynatrace

NPM
- NetScout

Infrastructure Monitoring
- CheckMK
- ELK
- Splunk

Experience managing vendors and external service providers
Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate observability or operational processes
Knowledge of concepts such as:
- AI Agents
- MCP Servers
- AI-assisted automation workflows

Professional English proficiency
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science,
