Successfully manage a corporate sales team to hit monthly targets in specific ClassPassterritories




Communicate successes and roadblocks to management team to ensure the team is on track to hit monthly goals
Action initiatives to drive high performance
Analyse data to direct team attention
Run company wide projects to increase overall success metrics for the business
Lead complex negotiations with expertise
Cross-collaboration with other department Managers to ensure optimal efficiency, full transparency and on-going C-level stakeholder management
Attend various industry events and conferences including organising and hosting stands
Share expert knowledge in the HR/Benefit world and how ClassPass fits in with the team
Responsible for direct reports hiring, onboarding, development and performance
Collaborate with the Corporate Account Management team to ensure the smooth onboarding of all corporate partners
Responsible for the creation and execution of training materials
Contribute and drive team wide projects
Travel to trade shows and team events as needed
