Your daily tasks will include:
- Attending calls and responding to emails from clients and dealerships.
- Following up with customers until their inquiries are fully resolved.
- Making reminder calls and following up on incidents to achieve maximum satisfaction.
- Updating databases, drafting reports, and creating summaries.

QualificationsWe are looking for you if:
- You have a B2 level of English and are fluent in French.
- You are available full-time.
- You are a great communicator: You know how to speak with people, both on the phone and through written messages, and you love making connections.
- You are detail-oriented & organized.
- Experience is a plus You’ve worked in customer service, sales, or any people-focused role before, that’s even better

Additional InformationWhat we offer:
- Temporary contract.
- Salary: €20,000 gross per year.
- You will be working from our Barcelona office in a 50%
