At LVMH Beauty Iberia and LOEWE Perfumes, we are opening internship opportunities starting in January 2026 for students in their final year of studies, who are available for a 12-month full-time internship.

Job Responsibilities

• Customer Experience Intern: Join the Customer Experience team and help deliver an elevated and seamless service to our clients across different touchpoints. In this role, you will support customer care platform management, handle service requests and order-related enquiries, collaborate with different internal stakeholders, and assist with e-commerce operational tasks.



You will also analyze customer behavior and help identify insights and improvement opportunities to enhance the brand’s customer experience in an omnichannel environment.
• Training & Retail Intern: Join a dynamic team at the intersection of training and retail performance, supporting both the development of retail teams and the follow-up of business results. You will help coordinate training plans, adapt and update materials, support training sessions, and manage logistics, while also tracking sales performance, monitoring KPIs, supporting budget and invoicing processes, and contributing to retail analysis and operational follow-up.
