About the Role

Storm is an AI-native agency. AI tools and agentic workflows are central to how our teams work, and we hire people who want to work that way from day one.

As an Account Coordinator, you will support Account Managers and client teams by turning client priorities, agreed direction and account context into clear action. You will help keep delegated work moving: tracking follow-ups, preparing updates, coordinating information, checking quality, supporting client communication,



and making sure the people around you know what is happening and what needs to happen next.

This is a German-speaking role. Native or near-native spoken and written German is required, and you need to move confidently between English internal communication and German client or community-facing work. That means understanding nuance, tone, grammar and cultural context, not just translating words from one language to another.

We're not talking about using AI as a search box or an autocomplete. The person we're looking for treats AI as a capable pair of hands. They delegate whole pieces of work, not just questions. They review what comes back with a sharp, critical eye. And they keep refining how they brief and direct it, so the quality compounds.
