To support our growing international team, we are hiring an Internal Support Technician to join our Barcelona office and help keep our people, systems, and workplace technology running smoothly.
The role
We’re looking for a dependable Internal Support Technician to join our crew in Barcelona.
This is a junior role,



but our Barcelona office operates in a genuinely complex technical environment. You’ll work closely with and learn from our Systems Engineer, while also having the opportunity to handle day-to-day issues independently and develop your technical skills along the way.
You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for colleagues experiencing IT issues, combining strong people skills, patience, warmth, and clear communication, with curiosity, resourcefulness, and a genuine drive to figure things out.
