Property Acquisition Partner | Marbella and Costa del Sol

MadeStays is recruiting independent Property Acquisition Partners across Marbella, Puerto Banús, Nueva Andalucía, Benahavís and Estepona.

Self employed independent contractor

Commission only

Adaptable

Experience:
At least one year in sales

Languages:
Professional working English required. Spanish strongly preferred

There is no salary, guaranteed income, fixed schedule or guaranteed workload.

The role

You’ll use your local knowledge and relationships to identify suitable villas, apartments and portfolios, then connect their owners or operators with MadeStays.

Your work will include:

• Building relationships with property owners, agents, developers, property managers and established accommodation operators

• Researching prospects and contacting decision makers

• Understanding their properties, priorities and existing operating arrangements

• Explaining how MadeStays can support their marketing, distribution and bookings

• Submitting qualifying opportunities through our platform

• Progressing conversations towards consultations and potential agreements

• Keeping your pipeline current, with clear next steps and dates

• Working with the MadeStays team through assessment, contracting and onboarding
