As an IT Project Coordinator, you will support the Project Manager in coordinating multiple active projects and keeping day-to-day activities organized and on track. You will serve as a key communication point for clients, vendors, technicians, and internal teams, ensuring everyone has clear information about timelines, scope, and next steps. The role combines project administration, scheduling, documentation, and proactive follow-up in a fast-paced environment. You will help identify delays, blockers, and outstanding actions before they become larger issues. While technical expertise is not required, strong organization, accountability, and client communication are essential. - Support the Project Manager with the coordination of multiple concurrent projects, tasks, tickets, and workstreams. - Communicate proactively with clients regarding project scope, scheduling, timelines, updates, and next steps. - Track open items, pending responses, delayed tasks, commitments, and project milestones through completion. - Coordinate internal schedules for project-related activities, including onsite and remote work. - Communicate with vendors regarding schedules, deliverables, timelines, and project requirements. - Respond to client questions and requests promptly, professionally, and accurately. - Help manage client expectations and escalate concerns, blockers, delays, and timeline risks when appropriate. - Coordinate with internal teams, project resources, vendors, procurement, and installation teams. - Work with Procurement to monitor the status and expected timing of ordered equipment and parts. - Coordinate travel arrangements for install
