What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
• Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance




• Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to uncover trends, surface actionable insights, and support leadership decisions
• Apply your healthcare domain expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs related to clinical analytics, data interpretation, and BI workflows
• Ensure data quality and consistency across clinical, administrative, and operational datasets in regulated healthcare environments
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced healthcare or clinical analytics professional with a strong command of business intelligence principles and tools
• Proven ability to design, manage, and optimize BI systems — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
• Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated environments
• Strong communicator who can translate complex data into clear
