This role sits at the heart of global entity operations, helping ensure international business infrastructure remains compliant, accurate, and ready to scale.
You will manage day-to-day corporate maintenance, compliance obligations, entity documentation, and operational activities across multiple jurisdictions.
The position combines cross-border coordination, project management, compliance, and process improvement in a fast-moving global environment.
You will contribute to international expansion initiatives, including entity setup and the development of local operating infrastructure.
Working closely with Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, Legal, and external partners, you will connect stakeholders, information, and deadlines.

Accountabilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and corporate maintenance activities for global entities, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across multiple jurisdictions.

• Track and coordinate corporate compliance obligations, including license renewals, UBO reporting, KYC filings, and corporate governance requirements.

• Support international expansion by coordinating entity setup and the operating infrastructure required to employ compliantly across general markets.

• Source, select, and manage external legal, corporate, compliance, and local infrastructure providers.

• Support project management for expansion initiatives, operational improvements, and strategic company projects.

• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, Legal, and other internal teams on entity-related
