JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Sales Executive is responsible for supporting marketing,
leasing and occupancy/revenue objectives for Canvas by delivering activities related to leasing to new residents and renewals of existing residents. These include qualifying leads, arranging community tours and unit viewings and completing the requisite resident administration to secure the reservation.

- Works as part of a team, supporting and respecting other team members to deliver an exceptional resident journey.
- Responds to all incoming sales channels and initiates proactive outbound contact to convert our lead database
- Answer all calls, email and live chat enquiries in a professional, engaging and timely manner to hit the key central sales team KPIs.
- Qualifies potential applicants and ensures all data capture and details of the contact are updated in the relevant systems in an accurate and timely manner
