The successful candidate will support the management and growth of an assigned portfolio of customers and partners, identify new business opportunities, and help deliver revenue objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop relationships with existing customers and partners to ensure high level of satisfaction and retention.
Support sales activities aimed at achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within assigned accounts.
Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, networking,
and marketing-generated opportunities.
Prepare sales proposals, presentations, quotations, and customer documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services. Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline updates, and forecasts within the CRM system.
Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and sales negotiations under the guidance of senior team members.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Assist in the preparation of account plans and territory development strategies.
Assist in implementing a local communication plan with the support of local PR agencies.
Required
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical / Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or business development.
