The successful candidate will support the management and growth of an assigned portfolio of customers and partners, identify new business opportunities, and help deliver revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers and partners to ensure high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Support sales activities aimed at achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, networking,



and marketing-generated opportunities.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, quotations, and customer documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
- Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline updates, and forecasts within the CRM system.
- Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and sales negotiations under the guidance of senior team members.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of account plans and territory development strategies.
- Assist in implementing a local communication plan with the support of local PR agencies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or
