You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and meaningful buyer engagement.
You will work closely with Sales Executives and cross-functional go-to-market teams to turn market insights into qualified opportunities.

You will work remotely from Switzerland while engaging with customers and colleagues across a diverse international organization.
Generate awareness and interest through proactive outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
Research target accounts and prospects to identify relevant business challenges, buying signals, and opportunities for personalized outreach.




Qualify leads effectively and schedule high-value meetings that can develop into tangible sales opportunities.
Clearly communicate the value of the global employment platform and tailor messaging to the needs of prospective buyers.
Continuously test and refine outreach strategies based on data, feedback, and changing market conditions.
Take ownership of performance goals, learn from challenges, and proactively identify ways to improve results.
Familiarity with B2B prospecting and sales tools , such as Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or comparable platforms.
Fluent English language skills , with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to balance speed, accuracy, and quality under pressure.
Agile and adaptable mindset, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies, including AI-powered tools, processes, and sales methodologies.
