WHAT YOU WILL DO
Reporting to the Line Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability and operational excellence through the planning, coordination and continuous improvement of maintenance activities.
Main responsibilities include:
- Lead maintenance planning and scheduling activities to ensure maximum equipment availability.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance interventions.




- Monitor maintenance KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyze downtime and equipment losses, implementing actions to improve performance.
- Ensure maintenance documentation and technical standards are up to date.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality and HSE teams.
- Support Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Progressive Maintenance (PM) initiatives.
- Promote safety, quality and operational excellence across the production area.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or similar technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, reliability or industrial manufacturing environments.
- Previous experience in roles such as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Planner or Production Shift Leader.Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling systems.
- Experience working with SAP Maintenance
