RELP is an impact-driven, independent nonprofit organisation that aims to facilitate the cheaper and faster deployment of renewable energy in emerging and developing countries. Our MISSION is to accelerate the transition to clean energy by unlocking renewable energy markets to scalable private investments at lower prices, promoting sustainable economic development for the people.

As an HR Business Partner,



the candidate's main focus will be providing day-to-day support to the HR Manager and People Leaders across the assigned region, acting as their first point of contact on day-to-day people matters, and ensuring the consistent application of RELP's HR policies and practices across areas such as Total Rewards, Recruitment, Performance Management, and Learning & Development — escalating complex or sensitive matters requiring policy-level or strategic input to the HR Manager.
Talent Acquisition Lead the Talent Acquisition process across the assigned region, supporting the full recruitment cycle from identifying hiring needs through to candidate selection and offer.
Partner with People Leaders to understand role requirements, coordinate recruitment activities, and ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience.
Own the day-to-day onboarding experience for new contractors, ensuring all documentation, registrations, and administrative
